| I went to the Old Bull & Butcher on Sunday 29th June 2008, firstly there was no menu, asked and told it was Sunday Lunches, Had Veg Soup to start which tasted like it came out of a tin, asked for butter and was given Marg, Beef dinner came Beef was very tough and tasted awful asked for Salt and Pepper and it came in sauchets. Went to the Ladies toilet and out of 3 cubicles 1 had toilet roll (this was 4pm). Told the Management and he just apologised, he told me I was the first to complain and he didn't take it seriously, he offered no resolution.
