| Nice quiet setting, tucked away in the green Kentish countryside, notoriously difficult to find, which is part of its charm. Lovely beer garden and good tasting food. Massive yorkshire puddings! An orange juice plus a pint of guiness was £5 and a big enough portion of roast beef, yorkshire pudding, vegetables, roast potatoes and hot horseradish sauce was £9.95 on Sunday at lunchtime. Freshly brewed coffee and one mint chocolate was £2. Overall a good experience, except for the cuttings of beef on my plate of which half of it was fat. My husband's on the other hand seemed much better. Would recommend for anyone who wants a low-key lunch and avoid the bustle of the city, yet within just over 9 miles from Canterbury.[Report for Removal] | imy canterbury kent |
