| Had lunch yesterday at the Red Lion in St Peters - absolutely wonderul quality and great price - all fresh veg with the Pan Fried Lambs Liver and home-made mash - my Wife had a sandwich which was the best I have seen in a Pub, with uncut bread, fresh salad from their garden and served with olives and even coleslaw and potato salad ! | Had Sunday Lunch at The Red Lion and it was superb ! Lovely Restaurant with friendly pleasant and efficient staff. Food was wonderfull with fresh veg, real roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding, not frozen. Fabulous roast beef. Best I've had for some time. Excellent service was repeated in the bar, where they had on an excellent singer to entertain us. Lovely outside area for us smokers - it even had a working open fireplace with a roaring log fire !
