| Oh dear...this is a pub that's gone downhill over the years. It used to be a pleasant place to go, but now it smells of toilet and has sticky floors making for an unpleasant atmosphere - literally! The pub has a good range of beers which goes in its favour, but a spot of cleaning would not go amiss. I had no chance to try out the food as there was none available after about 6 pm. An opportunity missed, I think. Come on landlord, focus, pull up your socks and get out the mop and spruce up the place, it would improve it out of all recognition![Report for Removal] | Nigel Brown Colchester Essex |
