| Have been to the Bull on a number of occasions, and have found it to be all round excellence. Lovely food, drinks are well served and very good value, especially the food which is fresh. | I was served a piece of chicken that clearly had been kept hot for hours so that the skin and outer meat was as tough as old boots! I complained to the waitress who said she would speak to the management. I was then left for at least 25 minutes until she came to collect the rest of my party's plates when I was told the manager was going to inspect it in the kitchen!!! So much for customer service. They did deduct the cost of the chicken from the bill but their attitude was unforgivable.
