| DISGUSTING SsERVICE and Abuse of Woman Dying of Cancer.. If you want to visit a quaint Suffolk Village in England come to Lavenham. It is a wonderful old heritgae village with nice pubs and shops....except for one place - The Cock Pub. Here you will find the most rude service you could possibly imagine. When a genuine complaint is made by a customer, instead of listening to you they tell you to F**k off and leave the premises. My mother has cancer and had to wait 1.5 hours for her dinnner, we asked very politely once and then a second time and finally I said if the food was not ready in 2 minutes we would leave...I was told immediately by a manger to go and had the kitchen door slammed in my face and almost promptly marched off the premises...as the cook or manager argued with me in the restaurant...I was so disgusted by this situation We...my ill sister, my mother with terminal cancer who is wheel chair bound in the final period of her life and gets tired quickly, my daughter and myself were told to F++k off, by management of the pub. A disgusting customer service reaction...we were shocked....it was Shameful. The Cock Pub restuarant takes 1.5 hours to provide food and if you complain beware.....you will be barred from ever entering the pub again. No apology, no excuses, nothing but a 'go then'. So, if you want to visit a nice village come to Lavenham Suffolk, great shopping.... but avoid The Cock pub, because they simply do not care about customer service.
