| Real good pub with real people! An eclectic collection of memorabilia. Food is excellent, the menu has variety, try the mussels! Nice selection of wines. The cheif is one of the best and the staff are very competent. Good value for money. Family friendly safe environment. Mainly locals, but it doesn't go quiet when you walk in! Complete age range from quirky student types to a merry band of OAP's. Been there 5 or 6 times now, never disappointed.[Report for Removal] | nick kempson Aldham Suffolk |

| This is a friendly pub, just out of the centre of Sudbury, about 5 minutes' walk from the main street. Special rates for OAP lunches at the beginning of the week. Good desserts. Specialises in mussels, but also does old favourites like roast beef (though, sadly, without Yorkshire pudding!). Unusual guest beers, eg Bath Gem. Lots of atmosphere, and interesting old cigarette ads etc on the walls.[Report for Removal] | D Gunson Sudbury Suffolk |
