| it was my first time in the rose and crown after a review i had read. the beer was good and the evening started well. how ever soon after young teenagers started ariving and trouble began. there was abusive language a an unbeleivable amount of violence. my family and i soon left.What amazed us the most was not a single member of staff or even the landlady and landlord seemed at all bothered.so much for the queit town of Maldon[Report for Removal] | john chelmsford essex |

| i didnt know the pub before sheena took over in early 07 but she has a great pub there , the food is amazing with a proper chef no prepacket or microwaved rubbish its all homemade . its a relaxed locals pub with a great bunch of guys and women feel comfortable to walk in on their own , no football its real sport here with motor racing and rugby on the tv . as for the weekend the place comes alive , over 21s only , with djs ,live music or quizes and as for the monthly fancy dress party nights ive never been to beter with so many dressing up and having a good time. its got a courtyard with cover and heaters for us antisocial smokers and a great garden , what more do you want from a pub ? i think its brill see you there some time .[Report for Removal] | paul johnson maldon essex |
