| Superb!! A warm welcome from all the polite staff, the interior is modern tradition with an open fire and wood floors. The food is fabulous and all served in good time, cask wines are extremely good value. Definately worth a visit.[Report for Removal] | Kim Jones Billericay Essex |

| i would like to say that since the re-furbishment the Pub has lost all it's character and charm, please go back to they way it was, friendly warm and welcoming, which this is no more. i used to go regularly, but i can not see myself visiting this pub much in the future. it is such a shame, the pub was an old Coaching Inn not anymore, all this needed was a lick of paint new carpet and curtains and the seating re-upholsted, leaving all the little nick nacks alone. manybe someone will come to thire senses and change it back soon.
