| The Nags Head is a very small pub in Essex. From the outside it looks delightful, but looks can be deceptive!!!! The only reason this pub has any custom is because it is the only pub for miles! The beer is week and is obviously not managed properly in the cellar, the staff behind the bar are rude and generally look like bulldogs chewing wasps! The food is extremely overpriced and tastes like it has come out of a microwave (perhaps it has) The Manager (Linda) seems to be quite out of her depth, and considering the pub is so quiet is very odd indeed. I urge you not to eat or drink in this pub, drive past it and go to The White Horse instead it might be a little pricier but at least you will get better service.
