| A really grim experience this afternoon at what should have been an enjoyable pre-Christmas lunch with friends. A very disappointing meal and a chef who thinks he is too important to listen to his customers' comments. | The previous review by chris,was nothing to do with the pub,only about signage..COME ON!!!I called ther 2 weeks ago just by chance,and it was a warm atmosphere and quite a few diners there I overheard them sayig that new owners were in place and the food was excellent,so I thought have a nice steak,and it was a very nice steak complemented with a lovely array of vegetables and a superb diane sauce.Them I learned it was cooked by a michelin trained chef,I thoght it was nice now I know why.Will go again,that is for sure,10 out of ten.Well done Chef...Peter Ball..Chester[Report for Removal] | peter ball chester cheshire |
