| Food was very good and very reasonably priced. The welcome was excellent, and the beer (the most important bit) was well kept. Two guest ales that were excellent, "Crag Rat" by Jennings and a Blonde the name of which I forget. (Well, it was a very convivial couple of evenings.) | Beer always excellent here. Recently re-furbished. Well done. Nice atmosphere, even better now without the dreaded cig smoke (always a previous problem because of the low headroom). Had evening meal here approx 4 weeks ago with friends. Good but VERY small portions for starters and turbot very nice but was definitely baby sized. All very tasty though.
