| We went for ameal and the big pub quiz for the less intellegent. What a great night we had food althought just your classic pub grub was first class, all fresh and the best 'real chips' we've ever had. Made to feel really welcome by the owners Darren and Lynn and the fun quiz was a hoot (not been quiz fans before ) all the locals that were in on a horrible winters night made us feel like we were one of them. | Now under new management this pub has been cleaned and tidied.Looks good, good garden and patio and with a fine selection of wines and real ale and an affordable food menu its well worth a visit.
