| visited the agricultural hotel in penrith earlier this year. we were visiting relatives who booked this hotel for an evening meal. the food was very good and staff were polite and helpful. we were all very happy and enjoyed a lovely evening. highly recommended.[Report for Removal] | Sarah dumfries dumfriesshire |

| The staff needed a course in customer service. They did not seem to know what real ales they served and the main course arrived an hour after the starter very dried out as if it had been under a hot lamp. Definately not recommended[Report for Removal] | claire Edinburgh Lothian |
