| on going to the swan on Friday the 2ND April 4 adults and 2 children eat in the swan the menu was limited mainly pizzas and pasta from ordering to starter it was about 30 minutes then from starter to main course it was a good hour the pizzas where stodge with a thick layer or greasy cheese on top .the pasta was so over cooked it was terrible not one of us eat even half of our food a real waste of £114.00[Report for Removal] | stuart paul howell southampton hampshire |

| My Family (7 adults) went to the Swan at Winterbourne, last Sunday 13th April arriving at about 1:30pm. We were told we had not booked, but they found us a table, and that there would be some delay on the food. The main course arrived about 2 hours later at 3:30pm. Complaining, I was told we should have at least enjoyed the pub ambiance wilst waiting. All the food was warm, the "cuisine" included 4 medium sized prawns and salad as a bar snack. A vegetarian meal was ordered but we were told about 30 minutes before the main course arrived that the Veg. meal was not available so we had to find something else. The Salmon was reasonable but my duck was badly overcooked, warm and inedible. The roast potatoes totally crispy. Enough for me feel physically sick. The bar staff refused any refund because the bill had been tilled.
