| Good atmospheric pub, particularly for it's location so close to the centre. Friendly welcome, guest ales, plus a couple of old favourites (Hobgoblin for instance, at least when I visited). Food is served lunchtimes and evenings, plus a sunday lunch. Instead of the usual driver's fair I have to put up with they have an excellent range of locally sourced juices and drinks, which is a theme I believe they are applying to their food too!
