| this pub is a disgrace extremly dirty . all the seats are dirty and should be burned. the decor is appalling. as for the toilets well they are not for the faint hearted. the brewery should invest in this pub and put it back to a old fashioned friendly local which is much needed in the high street!!! need a seconed morgage to afford a drink in this hovel jack beard pub shame on you this lovely listed building left to decline [Report for Removal] | joan robson west wickham kent |

| the staff at the swan are verry rude and abrupt with any new customers while ignoring them to serve regulars even if you were before them. The food was of sub standard out of a can rubbish/ and the beer is overpriced//[Report for Removal] | shane watson bromly kent |
