| The Norfolk Arms in Steyning is one pub that must never, never be allowed to deceive by quaint appearances - not, at least, under its current management. The landlady, Pam Tayler, has a conduct fundamentally at odds with the generally good, genial spirit of pub management in the region and by my own and others' testimony is decidedly prejudiced in conduct towards clientele. I trust the reader will take these comments with all due concern for the kind of influence the attitudes exhibited by this establishment may propagate.
