| we went to white hart last week and picked it because it said food served all day, when we went in it was 4.00pm and we were told that they started serving at 5.00pm we had already looked at menu and thought it sounded excellent so we decided to wait, what a big mistake we ordered pork pate to start but they had run out so we had duck pate instead not the best it had a strange taste to it so i left most of it. after waiting another forty minutes after being served starters the main came out we had ordered lamb shank and gammon/ham hock, my husbands lamb was ok and at first i though my ham was unfortunately after eating half of it only to discover that it was frozen solid in the middle. we did bring it to the staff attention who offered to have something else brought out but to be honest because it had taken so long and i definately didn't want to risk it again i declined and they gave money back for my main course which i thought was fair but i did suffer from a bad stomach the following day whether that meal was the cause or not i'm not sure we shall definately not be eating there again.[Report for Removal] | lynn verwood dorset |
