| Stayed in the cottage at rear of pub. It was poorly equiped, with no proper cooking utensils for anything but the most basic cooking. The kitchen had one dishcloth andone teatowel, but used. The gas fire seemed so dangerous we did not use it, it did have central heating. The pots and pans had to be taken into the pub for cleaning, after they were showed to the manager - who seemed to be run off her feet. Otside the grass area was covered in dog droppings. The bedroom was a joke, it had nowhere to put clothes except the floor. The headroom on one side was about 5ft high. The bathroom and the rest of the place was dirty. I dropped a piece of soap on the floor, when I picked it up it was covered in grit and hairs! the lighting was so poor it was difficult to read a newspaper afer dark. The chairs which looked quite expensive were uncomfortable. The price asked was well over the top, it would have been dear at half the price.[Report for Removal] | j mumby Hull Yorkshire |
