| The most memorably disastrous meal out ever. We waited ages, the order was taken wrong, we had to ask for an update and finally told that two things we ordered were off. When the food did arrive (not really what we wanted but hey we were starving by then) it was pretty well cold, badly cooked, and in one case so tough it was inedible. When I complained the landlady basically said so what? Plenty of other people love the City Arms, so why should she care.
