| DON'T STAY HERE My husband and I stayed here for one night, it was the dirtiest place we had ever stayed, the carpets were so stained around the toilet and bed we kept our socks on, the sheets were stained and there was dust everywhere, even the pillows were dusty. I laid my coat on top of the pillows so my head didn't touch them. The bed didn't have any matress protectors on just a thin stained sheet on top so it was very uncomfortable and the glass in the window was broken and it was freezing cold. It also felt unsafe due to the fire doors were all being propped open. My husband said the food was ok but i decided not to eat as if the rooms were that dirty i wasn't going to chance eating anything out of the kitchen. [Report for Removal] | Roberts Taunton Somerset |

| Really lovely pleace to stay and really friendly too. Not sure 'Sue' stayed in the same pub! Lovely big rooms, good service and overall great quality and value for money. A big thumbs up I would reccommend it to anyone staying in Frome.[Report for Removal] | Sophie Cheltenham Gloucestershire |

| This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life!The accomadation is dark and not very clean, the carpets every where are discusting and the sheet on our bed when we arrived had the most revolting large stain on it. They really need to get their act together. The only reason we stayed was because we had wedding to go to and had no time to find any where else. We had booked it as a group and over the net and it looked ok.I could be far more detailed in my negative comments but the bottom line is don't bother staying there.[Report for Removal] | Sue Farnham Royal Bucks |
