| Every time I have been to the longwood I have recieved friendly, happy service, from the bar staff to the waitress that brought my food over. The specials on the menu actually change regularly rather than at many other pubs and taste delicious, knowing that they were freshly made just makes them a lot more tasty. | after reading the other review was reluctant to go to the longwood but family meal insisted we eat there as not my decision. was surpised to see how busy it was in there on a wednesday night almost no tables left to sit at, the bar staff were very friendly and helpful, the waitress was constantly running around, she offered to get my son, who is only 5, some crayons and pictures to colour in to keep him amused. we all thoroughly enjoyed our evening and shall be recommending it to all our friends[Report for Removal] | lorraine matthews tamworth staffs |

| disgusted by attitude of bar manager jenny.girlfriend paid 22.50 for food not realising i did not eat chicken/less than 2 mins later i tried to cancel my order and was told youve paid for it weve started cooking it theres nothing i can do.she then said i could have an alternative if i paid extra.as my meal would go in bin.refused to let me talk to other manager so paid for meal i didnt eat and refused refund.if this is company policy i would not eat there if you paid me and will be taking this matter further out of principal.will update with outcome.[Report for Removal] | natalie major tamworth staffordshire |
