| August 07: Since since the new people started running this place, the beer prices shot up dramatically over night. THIRTY PENCE added to beer and TWO POUNDS to a bottle of wine. Utterly disgusting. If they wanted to drive the regulars away, then they are going the right way about it. Add to that, the beer is awful and it has made me ill on a couple of occasions. The hand drier in one of the toilets is STILL not working and hasn't been for a number of years. The new management have made some improvements but not so much that I'm willing to pay through the nose for bad beer and facilities. BIG thumbs down.
