Often referred to as the 'Jewel of the Cotswold’s'. Broadway village lies beneath Fish Hill on the western Cotswold escarpment. The 'broad way' is the wide grass-fringed main street, centred around The Green, which is lined with red chestnut trees and honey-coloured Cotswold limestone buildings, many dating from the 16th century. The Swan is made up of three different buildings making it a fantastic place to visit. The main bar is probably the most recent building, whilst the restaurants are in what appears to be two adjoining cottages of a much earlier date. Guests will be able to browse a new menu which includes a wide variety of freshly prepared classic pub dishes such as Slow Cooked Shoulder of Lamb, daily fresh fish dishes and Homemade Pie of the Day. There is also a separate lunch menu offering freshly made sandwiches and salads, perfect if you’re just nipping in for a quick bite. Look out for the blackboard showing today’s specials, and the thoughtfully selected range of delicious vegetarian options. There is an extensive wine selection to compliment the menu as well as a variety of continental lagers. There is no need to book, just come in and we'll look after you. The Swan boasts a stylish interior that adds to the traditional charm and character of the building. Features include roaring open fires, low beam ceilings and several cosy but contemporary areas to relax in. Guests will get great, friendly service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
