The Fox Inn has recently undergone a total refurbishment and has been transformed into a sleek and yet cosy restaurant and pub. The Fox features several different areas; The Shooting Room - a private dining room for 16, The Racing Room which has a plasma screen to show the major sporting events, several dining areas and a comfortable bar area with sofas and chairs and further dining tables. Each room has an open fire that creates a relaxed and warm atmosphere and the candlelit tables, tongue and groove wall panels and the subtle colours all add to the welcoming ambience.

Owners Chris Phillips and Rupert Fowler, who have 20 years experience in the business, have brought Thai chefs from London to run the kitchen; all the food is prepared to order and nothing is precooked, so you can specify how spicy you want your food. We also offer a varied children's menu so families are welcome too.

During the day The Fox offers the perfect cappucino and espresso so if you want to meet for coffee, or even have a business meeting, it will accommodate. There are two outside areas, one at the front with a giant heated umbrella and one at the back. There is also plenty of parking and the surrounding countryside offers beautiful walks.
