The Horseshoes is a 15th Century Inn set in the midst of Kent’s garden of England. In the days before literacy was widespread, taverns would use symbols to represent their name and this name probably came about because ale was sold in or nearby a blacksmiths. Guests will be able to browse a new menu which includes a wide variety of freshly prepared classic pub dishes such as Slow Cooked Shoulder of Lamb, daily fresh fish dishes and Homemade Pie of the Day. There is also a separate lunch menu offering freshly made sandwiches and salads, perfect if you’re just nipping in for a quick bite.
