| A nice traditional pub with a reasonable menu, meals nicely cooked, tasty and fairly priced. Limited choice of Ales however, but well looked after. The cellar would benefit from expanding their real ale selection beyond 2 Arkells ales. The focus of attention for service and entertainment always seems to be directed at the public bar, and the pub overall could develop further by injecting some life (entertainment) into the lounge too.
