Very disappointing. Having gone on recommendation we were highly disappoined with the service - having to wait 1 hour 20 minutes from finishing our starter to the main course arriving. None of the vegetables were cooked, 3 people's meat was not cooked, stuffing was barely coloured on the top and was all stodgy and the Christmas pudding was cold. We were billed incorrectly at the end of the evening. Although the pub gave us a reduction in the bill, it did not compensate for half of us going home hungry and flattened by what we had hoped would be a jolly Christmas meal! [Report for Removal] Tina

Nice friendly pub, large menu - something for everybody, large portions good quality reasonably price 3 courses £15-20.Very good service, just a very nice pub with a good ambience.[Report for Removal] Martin Davies
