As a group of 6, We were the second table to complain at our sitting today about the appauling roast potatoes- they were like bulletts, you couldnt even put your knife through them, vegetables that were tasteless and had clearly been left around for ages. At £8.95 for a carvery you do expect a decent meal and on expressing our dissapointment, some one who actually gave a dam! Very very poor carvery. One of the worst meals ever. The scenery is very nice but the food was not worth the journey. Local people being put of by their local eating establishment does not encourage a return visit! [Report for Removal] victoria ashby

What a fantastice pub, great atmosphere, loved the open fire and very freindly staff, made our special evening feel even more special, i still carnt beleave we only paid £8 for a ryebye steak on one off there many theme nights, i shall be making sure that i become one off there many regulars, carnt wait for the summer to make sure i get full use of there fantastice garden right near the river.[Report for Removal] jane jaques
