Visited The Globe on 8/11/08, table for 7 pre booked. Table seated 6 with a place added on the corner. Food was okay, but very basic and quite minimal, years ago this was only a drinking venue, with regulars as main source of income, I felt that it still was, that we were outsiders in a place that is not suitable for meal eating. The place is incredibley small, so therefore felt claustophobic. Would never reccommend and defo never go back. Dont be fooled from the outside! [Report for Removal] Jane Pickett

I ate at this pub with a party, my food was ok but one of the people dining was not happy with there food, the owners reponse was terrible he was down right rude. His attitude was the customer is wrong and I am always right. Staff were great he was terrible, would not go back and defo not recommend.[Report for Removal] Anon
